I grew up in Switzerland and have always been a sports enthusiast. I was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method many years ago, a system that enhances awareness of body mechanics and restrictive habits through the medium of guided physical movement. This was a life changing experience and motivated me to become certified in the method. I applied the principles of the Feldenkrais Method into training and athletic fields such as the highly technical game of golf. It helped me how to use less effort overall and ultimately learn to play golf with a fluid yet powerful swing.
